Comments: Renting out my beautiful home while on sabbatical. Now available from July 1 2024 till December 30 2024. It’s a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo with top appliances in Columbia Heights. The condo is less than a 10 minute walk from U street metro (that takes you to DC Reagan airport), and only 1 minute away from several bus routes and Capital Bikeshare. The condo has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of windows that offer plenty of natural light. There are also blinds installed throughout the whole unit if you want privacy. There is a master en-suite furnished bedroom and another bedroom with a futon and large desk, plus a second bathroom off the main living area.
