Description
I am looking for a responsible tenant who is an academic and needs a place to stay for the summer and/or the fall semester. The house is very conveniently located, not only close to campus but to a great market in Berkeley (a 10 minute walk). It is also a 10 min. drive to Tilden Park, a great place for walks, as well as 10 min to the Marina by car. I am a Humanities professor.

Comments: The house is simple but cozy. The apricots in July and the Meyer lemons almost all year round are some of my favorite things. There is a parking space next to the garden.

Comments: The house is one story high. There are only four steps from the sidewalk to the house. It doesn't have a dryer but clothes dry easily in the sunshine the most part of the year.
