Description
This is a Private Space and single family residence. Tenant(s) will be alone. The neighbors are nearby and wonderful. The owners are architects/designers, academics and artists, with the home and library reflecting as much. We are looking for someone to care for our home and look after our plants while we are away teaching for the spring semester. While the house does have a backyard garden, winter months in Minneapolis don't offer a robust growing season. We are also currently renovating parts of the house, but this shouldn't affect your stay.

Comments: Snow shoveling the walkways are negotiable. If tenant does not wish to shovel snow, they will assume shoveling fees. It's Minneapolis in the winter, so there will be snow.

Comments: Main living, dining, cooking, sleeping and bathing are all on the main floor. Laundry is in an unfinished basement. There is an attic, but it will be locked. House is fully furnished with basic kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, etc.

Comments: Private home in quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access in most directions. Drive time to UMN is 10 mins and 15 mins to Saint Paul Schools. Public transit (bus) is literally at the doorstep.
