The first floor has an open kitchen, dining and living space with a closed room (currently set up as an office) and bath. Come up the beautiful wood staircase to the second floor where you will find the master bed, bath and 2 big patios! You are in the heart of the Mile End, a quick walk away from the subway and the Mont Royal mountain. This is a very quiet building, we appreciate your help in maintaining that peaceful atmosphere!
