Located in the heart of Cambridge's Porter Sq (Red Line) with walking distance to Harvard Square, Porter Square, and Davis Square. The Guestroom is a private bedroom with full-size bed, writing desk, large closet and sole use of a newly remodeled bathroom. Access to the second-floor bedroom is through main house. Shared light use of kitchen, gentle use of laundry as well as common space in the patio garden and off-street parking for cars and bikes. Fully furnished with sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, & silverware. No extra charge for A/C, internet, and housekeeping. Not suited for families or entertaining guests. Available on a monthly basis. Delighted to answer any questions and talk more. You will be sharing the common space with local academic who leaves a gentle footprint on the house while spending the majority of their time writing their book at the library, jogging in the local park, yoga, gardening, and vegetarian cooking. Speaks Italian. Happy to join you for occasional meals, study breaks, and conversation on the patio.
