Very well-kept turn of the century apartment with great, modern facilities and a lot of charm right in the heart of Schwabing. This fully equipped apartment includes a large living room, a spacious hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people plus a balcony, a master bedroom and two bright children's rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower and bathtub. There is also a guest toilet. Except for the bathrooms, this beautiful apartment is equipped with amazing parquet and has very high ceilings, partly with stucco. 4 rooms (a 5th room is locked for private items) are accessible. We are family of five and will relocate to Melbourne in September 2024. We love and care for our home here in Munich. We would be grateful to find someone who equally cares for our apartment while we are away.
