Surrounded by easily accessible public transit. 30 minutes to downtown SF via BART or bus. One hour to SFO; 45 minutes to Oakland airport. Three bedrooms, two baths, living and dining areas, full kitchen and breakfast room, with Internet. Fully furnished, with washer and dryer. Central, forced-air heating. No off-street parking available, but permits can be acquired from the city of Berkeley. Looking for a family or small group (up to 5 people) who need a quiet, comfortable place to stay in walkable downtown/North Berkeley, for a minimum of one month. Owner is also an AirBnB SuperHost. House is available for the entire duration of the Spring 2023 UC Berkeley semester.

I would like help with mail and deliveries
Will ask visitors to collect mail, from time-to-time, as needed for owner. Will also ask visitors to move garbage and recycling cans to the street on Thursday evenings, from time-to-time, as needed.
