Description
I am looking for someone who is responsible and appreciates the historic charm of my neighborhood and apartment. My home is my sanctuary. It has many house plants, antique furniture and curated art and objects. I would love for the person who stays in my home to appreciate the sanctuary that I have created. I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke, isn't into partying and is able to clean up after themselves. This is a shared space. I am renting out the master bedroom that is 500 sq ft. it has a private deck and bathroom. You will be sharing the space with my roommate who is in her late 40s and in grad school. She is home in the evenings and gone during the day. We are both very independent and quiet. This is perfect for someone who is interested in writing / reading / relaxing in a very serene space.
