Our Orinda home is very unique as it is very artistically laid out and it is furnished with pieces from all over the world. It is a three bedroom, 3 bath ranch style house. There is a private backyard and a deck in front of the house, over the garage. This home is on a cul de sac making it very tranquil and safe. A beautiful redwood tree adorns our property. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. Orinda schools (Elem., JH, HS) are excellent and very close by. The bus stop to get to the BART station is one block away. Getting to Berkeley takes approximately 15 min. by car. Bart will take you to SF in approximately 30 minutes. A car may be available. Hiking and bicycling trails are also very close by as are theaters, restaurants, parks, community centers, libraries and businesses. It's the perfect location...

Comments: This is a very eclectic home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's best if you have a car but public transportation is available and very close by and it takes you to the BART station in Orinda. Use of car, negotiable.
