Description
Used as a short-term rental in the summer months with Super Host status and 4.96/5 reviews, this Boho-chic themed apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd stories of a newly renovated house in the heart of downtown Ithaca. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a king bed, dining room, and a living room with two memory foam futons. Two additional Queen bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, with an office/playroom between them. Utilities, Wifi, Netflix, and basic cable are included. The laundry is located in the basement. This location is ideal for university grad students or one family. BJM elementary school is across the street, and we highly recommend it. Insider tip: BJM rates very poorly on their state testing because we have the most prominent English as a Second Language Program in the district, with 34 languages and dialects. With no help allowed on the state testing, our ELA students bring down the average. But those in the know celebrate our diverse, fantastic community of parents and kids!
