Great 2 storeys cottage in the Mile End. If you are looking to spend a month in Montreal, this is the perfect house to enjoy cultural life in the city. Excellent ground transportation. 1/2h to reach any of the universities, even less by bike (bixi) . Cafés, resturants, bars, parks, cinema moderne just around the corner. Jean Talon market 15 minutes on foot. The house is quiet, with desks for writing and different spaces for reading. Unusually light filled ground floor: open-space kitchen, living and dining area and a small bathroom. Second floor: a bedroom with a queen size, a bedroom with a single bed, a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and a study with a comfortable sofa bed. Amazing garden with deck.

Comments: splendid cottage on a quiet street. 1st floor: kitchen/dining/living room, and salle d'eau. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms (1 q. size and a single) + comfortable sofa bed in office for a 4th guest. Ground floor is usually cool all summer. Great garden.
