There are hiking trails directly out the door that hook up to the Felton watershed preserve. Heating is radiant floor heat, no AC but a fan in the window at night does wonders. The property has extensive gardens. We live in one of the two main homes on the property and rent the other one out long term., and the cottage we rent fully furnished, for short to mid term guests. Recently we lived in the guest house while we remodeled the main house, I can attest it’s lovely to live in but small for all of us.
