Architecturally unique duplex in popular Northside Chicago neighborhood

I'm about halfway through my stay and I have to say, I love it here. The home itself is spacious, with high ceilings, and beautiful art and decor. It's situated in a lovely boutique building with wonderful neighbors. The location could not be better, It's right on a main street in a very cool neighborhood with all the restaurants, shopping, and amenities you could want, and yet the building is so quiet that you barely know it when you're inside. You can easily get to downtown Chicago via the city bus that goes straight down the street in front, or the El, which is about a 15 minute walk. The unit's owner, Barbara, is kind and generous. Our communication has been excellent. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended!
