Hello! I am subletting my apartment for about six weeks (Beginning May 20th, Ending June 27th). I am reducing monthly rent to $2,000 in exchange for cat and plant care. (Both are relatively easy.) There is a $600 security deposit to be returned immediately after my return inspection. I am looking for someone who has good vibes, who is grounded and respectful, and who is a genuine plant and cat lover. The apartment is located very near A/C Nostrand Ave. stop on the top floor of a walkup. The apartment is beautiful and light filled. Twin bed in the bedroom (only one renter please). I have a fully stocked kitchen, lots of desk and sitting space, big bathtub next to a window. High crowned ceilings. And plants.
