I'm looking for someone looking to live in Ithaca for the coming academic year, August 1st or later through May or June. My house is a gem! It was just completely gut renovated, and is a charming, luxurious space on a quiet, very low traffic street in the heart of downtown. It has an upstairs screened in back porch with a swinging bed, a downstairs outdoor back deck with eat in table, and a front porch with lounge chairs and a tree swing. The upstair master has a huge walk-in closet and a King size temperpedic mattress. The backyard is fully fenced-in and has a secluded hot tub under evergreen trees that is a dream in the winter. A shed in the backyard is available for bike storage. A short walk to two coffee shops (Gimme Cayuga and The Botanist), Ithaca's Restaurant Row, The Gorge Trail, and Ithaca Falls. Also a few blocks from a top ranked local elementary school, 3 fantastic playgrounds, and several parks. Our street is also notorious for having the cutest cats in town.
