We have lived in Harter Heights for over 30 years. It is a quiet neighborhood of tree-lined streets with a mixture of older and newer homes. In 2018 we bought the house next door and are now renting it out. It is fully furnished. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 office areas. An additional room that can be used as a 5th bedroom or a den or office. There are 2 full and 1 half baths. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The house is 100 years old with all of the charm and quirks (better water pressure in the lower floor bathroom than the upper floor bathroom) of an older home. The yard includes an extra lot giving you more yard space than the average city home. The basement is finished with a full bath & laundry room. There is ample street parking. No garage parking but there is storage for bikes. We do not allow any smoking inside or outside on the property. The neighborhood is very friendly and perfectly situated between campus and downtown South Bend. We are happy to share more information, please let us know what you are interested in.
