Welcome to my Cambridge home with the vibe of Havana! I'd love to share my sunny, professionally-designed 1 bed/1 bath with you. With a walking score of 93, we're in a bustling neighborhood of great restaurants, coffee shops, craft beer pubs, and supermarkets. You can access Boston from Lechmere (Green), or Harvard Sq via the 69 bus, or bike/walk to Kendall Sq and Central Sq (Red). The HOA fees I take care of cover trash, recycling, and shoveling the walkways when it’s snowing. I’m a trustee for the condo association and make sure stuff is taken care of, and for those that know me, I’m really easy to talk to and reasonable if there are issues. Though I'm new to sabbaticalhomes.com and have a low trust score for now, I've listed on AirBnB thus far (link provided below) and pride myself in the reviews my guest have left for me :) About the space (here we go!): +Top floor apartment with views of the Prudential and beautiful sunsets (gotta walk up 4 floors to get to it, unfortunately no elevators. Some have commented that at least one of the staircases is a little narrow. It's worth it.) +You got the entire place to yourself! +Storage for clothing can be found in the bedroom dressers and the Walk-in closet in the living room +In-unit laundry +Super fast WiFi (Starry is awesome) +Cozy at 500 sq ft. No, wait, excuse me. 505. :) +Lots of sunshine +Super comfy queen sized bed with fluffy down comforter +TV in the bedroom for maximum comfy movie time! +Board games - I got lots of 'em! +Backyard with beautiful garden is shared with the other units, and the kitchen has views of it, as well as views of the Prudential and John Hancock which is really peaceful to look at while drinking a cup of coffee +The neighbors are great. I'm friendly with all of them, so I would like for you to please be courteous. Please respect the quiet hours of the condo association (10PM - 8AM)
