Dark stained floors and lots of natural light. Central A/C and heat, unit laundry, and fireplace. Our condo is between Ukrainian Village and Wicker Park. A 10-minute walk to the Division Blue Line stop and a 5-minute walk to Bus #66. Located on a quiet leafy street, but steps away from commercial activity on Chicago Ave, Damen Ave, and Division Ave. Steps away from cafes, corner pubs, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and parks. Perfect for someone looking to balance quiet writing with urban social life. Not suitable for children or pets. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, street parking (if desired, $8 for two weeks), and one-time cleaning fee ($100). Owner pays for water and wifi.
