It has excellent parks (including Sumpter, with a great playground) and is a short jog to the massive Druid Hill Park, whose reservoir and fine views of the city make for a perfect summer jog or walk. The first floor has a large sitting area, grand piano, dining room to seat 10, and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen leads to the back patio, filled with plants and flowers, perfect for summer evening dinners. The second floor has the primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom, a TV room, and an office. Also, a guest bathroom. The third floor has two children's rooms (each with a queen size bed -- suitable for large or small children), A large bathroom with spacious tub and a double vanity. And a guest suite in the back with king bed and additional bathroom. Bolton hill is home to several great restaurants -- Cook House, On the Hill Cafe, Tilted Row, and Noona's Pizza. We have a Walgreens and excellent hardware store just behind the house. And we are walkable to Mt. Vernon's hip night life area. Just off of I-83, the house is extremely well connected to the rest of Baltimore, taking under 10 minutes to get to Hampden, the Aquarium, and Fel's Point.
