QUIET 3 rooms flat with rooftop - in the beautiful heart of Maxvorstadt

We offer our 3 rooms apartment with rooftop from the 1st of September until the end of October as we will live in Barcelona for that time. The flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has a rooftop with a dining table and our beloved luxury "Strandkorb". It is very sunny and quiet as the apartment is located in the backyard and at the top! The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (including internet and cleaning services). It has two bathrooms, a small guest bathroom with a toilet and a basin. The second one has a toilet, a basin, a shower-bath, and a washer. The first room is our big open living room with a big couch (around 3m long) and a big smart TV. The second room is a bedroom with a box spring bed (2,0 x 2,0 m), and a closet. The third room is equipped for your child/your children (including a high bed, baby bed, cozy reading area, several toys, and books). We would love to offer our flat and the toys from our 1 and 7-year-old daughters to a family but also encourage other sabbaticals to contact us. :-) The flat is in one of the nicest areas of Munich, namely in Maxvorstadt. Maxvorstadt is a very family-friendly residential area and is well-known for its huge variety of restaurants that serve food from all over the world. The huge English Garden is within 10 minutes of walking distance (perfect for jogging, having a picnic or a beer in one of the several beer gardens). Our apartment is also near to several playgrounds, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and nice local shops. The public transport is very good. The apartment is just a 5minutes walk to the U-Bahn (Universität) and a two minutes walk to the tram (direct connection to the main station). We will sublet our apartment for 01.09.-30.10.24 maximum. You can visit us earlier anytime to have a look around and meet us.
