Hello, I am going away from , and I would like to find someone to stay at my lovely apt. Here are the dates: and May 26 to August 5, 2024 (somehow flexible) The place is located in Manhattan/Murray Hill, very close to the UN. NYU, New School, NY Public Library. The building is a luxury building, 24h/doorman, elevators, a rooftop, and back garden, and laundry in the basement. The 1 bedroom apartment is spacious, luminous, elegant, and very clean. Has Wi-fi, and many channels - on a very large screen TV. Superbly located next to the river, boat transport, subway, and bike lane. The restaurants around are plenty and serve excellent food. Also, close to Trader’s Joe, Target, and Fairway. Price $250/ night (slightly negotiable depending on the period), $1500/week, 3750$/month
