There is a second 3 piece bathroom, a media room (which could be a 3rd bedroom) and a laundry area on the second floor. There is a billiard room on the third floor with a custom pool table. Tenant(s) must be non-smokers. Rent is $7000/month and includes all utilities, cable and internet. Owner will provide gardening services. Rent will be by the month but longer term or the whole 5 months would be preferred. Two references and a security deposit of $3500 will be required.
