Spacious and recently remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath in-law space nestled in the redwoods of the Berkeley Hills. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, and the other is set up as an office with a large desk. Kitchen features a Thermador Range and Bosch dishwasher with hot water dispenser and garbage disposal. Space has its own private entrance with keypad lock, and outdoor patio with wooden table and chairs. Walk to UC Berkeley Campus in 10 minutes, Gourmet Ghetto in 20 minutes and Tilden in 30! You will have private access to the entire apartment with your own private entrance. Hosts live upstairs but have separate outdoor space. We both work from home and are happy to answer any questions you have and give you tips for exploring the Bay Area. The driveway is steep down to the unit so may not be suitable for everyone, but was recently repaved. Leaves fall on the driveway and it can be slippery and is very dark at night. This area of the Berkeley hills is so beautiful and idyllic, especially for people who like to take long walks and explore charming neighborhoods and parks.
