A lovely place for a couple, professional single or family with one child. Watch deer and the sheep and horses in the fields behind the back garden from the refurbished eat-in kitchen. Soak in the roll-top bath. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to oxford city centre through the meadows. The road is very friendly with lots of families with kids and young couples and a lovely pub at the end of the road. There are great local walks from the front door past farms and the river and through the university parks - also great for jogging. Very convenient for working in the science area or at the JR hospital. The house has been reinsulated and period features (fireplaces) have been restored but are not for active use. The back garden is a great BBQ spot. Fully furnished, (new high quality mattresses). Loft room is kept private for storage.
