Access to West branch of the Westport river. Furnace heat on first floor only, second floor has electric heaters. Two wood stoves for supplemental heat. Fields around the house are being actively farmed, which means unobtrusive visitors to the fields every few days. 15 minute drive to UMass Dartmouth, 35 to Brown, 35 to RISD. Privacy, views, proximity to beaches and land preservations makes this property one-of-a-kind. Very flexible with arrangements, inquire as to your needs! We are renting on a weekly basis for the high season, but the house is available for longer, economical rates in the off-season.
