Brownstone's 3B apartment available for the entire 2024-2025 school year

Our family is leaving New York to spend a whole school year in France. We are subletting our home or looking for an exchange, from September 2024 to end of July 2025. Our large apartment, located on two floors (at the top of a 4 levels house), part of a traditional century-old brownstone in Brooklyn, is bright and comfortable, with beautiful architectural details. There are many artists in our family and it shows on our walls and ceilings. The master bedroom overlooks a garden and large trees: you will wake up to the birds chirping. The children's one offers a wide variety of books, toys and games. A third bedroom is ideal for guests. The cuisine should suit gourmets who love cooking like us! Close to the crazy activity of Manhattan, Brooklyn offers the calm of its tree-lined streets. Our neighborhood of Bed-Stuy is one of the historic hearts of the African-American community of New York (Spike Lee filmed his first films there), welcomes families (there are many areas and activities intended for children), but also a multicultural and socially diverse community. There are many small shops of all kinds, restaurants, bars and concert venues. Two subway stations located 10 minutes away on foot (or 5 minutes by bus) and several bus stops allow you to reach the rest of Brooklyn quickly, or midtown Manhattan in 30-45 minutes.
