Only 20min from downtown Ottawa by car, it is located in the middle of nature. A trail for running in summer and cross-country skiing in the winter is just 100m away. The river access for swimming or kajaking is just down the road too with a small sandy beach ideal also for smaller kids. We can provide a kajak or canoe or even snowshoes, skis or ice skates upon request. The house offers plenty of space to work, relax and exercise. The large living room with cathedral ceiling has 10feet windows that let in plenty of sunshine during all seasons. A fireplace makes you feel cozy in winter. Additionally, a ground floor play room and office create space for family or work activities. A large screened porch provides protected outside seating. The second floor comes with two bedrooms with joined bathroom both with queen sized beds. (We can provide a kids bed or crib upon request).
