I am offering an amazing Studio Suite, location on Okanagan Lake, in Penticton BC. Fabulous safe sandy beach right out the front door! Marina next door. Walk to restaurants, pubs, shops. Art Gallery right next door. Wineries and Golf Courses surround Penticton! There is an event center here, with local hockey and concerts. Casino is 20 minute walk. Kelowna, is an hour drive, Vancouver is a 4 hour drive. Apex ski hill is 40 mins away. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place! The Suite itself is one big room, with queen size murphy bed, kitchenette (no stove but many other cooking options) separate bathroom with shower (no tub) with washer and dryer. I am looking for a quiet single person preferably, perhaps a couple. The space is small, but the location is unbeatable!

Comments: Studio suite, no stove, but a wonderful counter top air fryer/convection oven, hot plate, electric frying pan, microwave, full size fridge with freezer. Bathroom with Shower only, no bathtub. Washer and Dryer in the suite. Amazing view up the lake!
