Description
Single-family house located in a very safe neighborhood near Laval University, the Plains of Abraham, Old Quebec (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Île d'Orléans. The house is very well equipped and we have bicycles, cross-country skis and downhill skis for the whole family. We have a basketball hoop and a trampoline for the kids. There is a nice large municipal swimming pool 2 minutes walk away. House adjacent to Maguire Avenue where there are many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, swimming pool, bike paths, Promenade Samuel-De Champlain, etc. In short, you are in the most beautiful area of the city, within walking distance of all attractions and services. We are a couple in our forties with 3 kids aged 12 to 16 years old.
