Empty nest home, comfy & calm. I working internationally in development & adjunct at Columbia. I'll be on sabbatical January 2024-June 2024 and in search of tenant who'd enjoy my lovely neighborhood. Rent available for minimum 1 week. Rates can include utilities and weekly cleaning.
