During May 19 and July 1, you will enjoy the spacious apartment, including a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room, and a sunroom (living room) with a full home office (Herman Miller chair, standup desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse). The apartment is fully furnished, but has ample space for your belongings, including a closet and extra storage space. It also has a small back patio connecting to the back yard. The apartment is a short walk to The University of Chicago (3 min to the Logan Center of Arts or Law School, 10 min to the Main Quad), public transportations (2-7 min), grocery store (Jewel Osco, 4 min), and Lake Michigan (20 minute walk). I have two friendly, well-behaved cats, who need to be feed twice a day. They like to be pet and may sleep with you during the night, but they can also play with each other. You don't need to have experiences to take care of them.
Comments: They are indoor-outdoor cats, so the litter work is minimum.

Comments: The apartment stays cool in the summer, but I have an AC window unit that can be used. There are paid washers and dryers in the basement and I never found them fully occupied.
