Our home is a two-floor townhouse with a garden and a pool. The view is on a football (soccer) pitch/field so we have a lot of intimacy. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor is an open space with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a 3rd bathroom. The house is very large and can welcome many guests. You will also have access to the basement where the laundry room is located. We love our neighbourhood because it is quiet even if we are 5-10 minutes away from downtown Montreal. There are many French and English speaking primary and secondary schools within walking distance. You may enjoy a daily stroll or run on the riverbank which is only a few steps away. The closest subways (metros) are Jolicoeur (5 min by bus) or Monk station (10-min walk) both on the green line. There are many convenience stores, a café, a market, the public library and a pharmacy within walking distance. Wellington street is very lively and has excellent restaurants and bakeries.
