There is a full size marble and granite bathroom on the main floor and a half bath upstairs next to the master bedroom. There is a new kitchen, new bathroom and restored house in the original architectural style. We have WIFI, a 55 inch TV with Netflix and Roku. Washer & Dryer downstairs. This unique setting in the city feels like country living, very peaceful and private. Recommended for people who like to walk, enjoy nature and privacy. The birdbath attracts many different species of birds. Deer visit the back yard in the summer time. We live on a trail and park in the street. We walk up to the house about 100 steps. There are fantastic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, Mt. Tamilpias and The Bay Area. $1975. per week ~ 7 nights ~ includes utilities. $5675. per month ~ 30 nights ~ includes utilities.
