Please note that our lovely fully-furnished, light-filled 2 bedroom apartment is currently FULLY booked for 2022, 2023 and 2024 . During the time of COVID19, we have been renovating our kitchen and other parts of the flat. There is one (UK/ USA) King-sized bed in each bedroom (In Australia, this is equivalent to a Queen-sized bed - ie larger than double). the flat therefore easily accommodates 3 people (1 couple and 1 adult/older child) or 2 couples. The flat is situated in beautiful, historical Hampstead village, London. Centrally located with several Tube lines (Northern Line - 300 yards; the Jubilee/ Metropolitan lines is a 10 minute walk or bus ride) so also very close by. Close to University of London and its many colleges , surrounded by shops, restaurants, cinemas. Everything is at your door step - including the wonderful Hampstead Heath! All windows now have double glazing so temperature and external noises are well controlled. From 2025 rent will be £720 GBP per week for all new bookings. Please note between Nov 1st - March 30th there is an additional £15 GBP weekly for heating. Otherwise, rent includes council rates and taxes and all utilities. Inside keeping you cosy on cold days there is central heating, a new smart TV and super fast Wifi throughout the flat. We supply a regular clean by our own professional cleaner every fortnight to carry out surface cleaning, vacuuming and dusting. No car space but visitor parking permits are available for purchase from the council. Car clubs such as ZIP, ENTERPRISE or GOGET cars are also available very close by. Reservation / security deposit and references is required to confirm booking our apartment. We are always very happy to answer any questions.
