We rent this unit on AirBnB and have 5 star reviews/excellent recommendations. My wife and I painstakingly renovated the unit and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings and appliances to relax and recharge. High-speed internet/cable TV and all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. W/D in the unit and whole house water supply is filtered. We're hoping to host a visiting professor or grad student. A couple is fine. We live upstairs with our medium-sized and super friendly dog Trudy. We speak fluent German (y un poco Espanol.)
