Downtown Sunnyvale Cottage for Stanford Affiliates

Although a bit far from the Stanford campus, it is a great place given its location - close to all amenities like food, entertainment, and trains to the Stanford campus, The cottage is well-equiped for daily living. The hosts are outstanding and go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and productive. Having the landlord close makes any potential issues that much easier to address.Perfect for one or two people with a connection to Stanford!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a little over four months during the fall of 2022. Nice, quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything you need. Super-friendly landlords who keep the place well maintained and are responsive to any request. Would not hestiate to stay again.

My partner and I have been living in Kathy's cottage since September 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Kathy was responsive and considerate in the lead-up to the move. The place was spotless when we arrived. The space in the loft is extremely useful for storage and exercise. We were able to move with just a hatchback car because the cottage is fully equipped with everything we needed, and Kathy was helpful in optimizing the place to our personal preferences/needs.

Everything we needed--car maintenance, groceries, movie theater, tailor--seems to be in walking distance. The train station is also walking distance. Could stay here forever if my postdoc wasn't expiring!
