Description
Large 5 room apartment in doorman building on Manhattan's Upper West Side. (1 full bath, 1 half bath) The building is old, comfortable and friendly. The neighborhood is great. You can walk to Riverside Park, restaurants, shops, Columbia University, etc. Bus and subway stops are a block away. I have 2 cats who probably need to stay in NYC while I am away, one sweet and shy, the other ridiculous. One large room doubles as a guest room and play therapy office. My favorite places are Southern Vermont or Western Mass. I I prefer home exchange rather than rental. I would happily provide cat and plant care.
