Our sunny home on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood has a master bedroom with a Cal King bed that opens onto a large south-facing deck, a guest bedroom that doubles as an office, two full baths, a sun room, and a stunning view. We have a large living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and stereo system and a large, very well-equipped kitchen with eating area. There's a fireplace, a back garden, a grassy front yard, and a washer and dryer in the 2-car garage. We overlook a marsh (complete with snowy egrets) and a boat harbor, with a wonderful view of Mt. Tam. We're close to hiking and bike trails, shopping, restaurants, San Francisco, the East Bay, the Northern California coast, and the wine country. This is a private home, not a townhouse. The rent includes water, garbage, high-speed wireless internet, premium TV cable, and gardener - everything except gas/electricity charges, pay-per-view TV, and international phone calls. No smoking, and no cats, please (we're allergic to cats but will consider a small, well-behaved dog). The house is available for rent while we travel, typically during the late spring and early fall, but at other times as well. Our dates are flexible, so try us!
