Due to a one year leave from the university, I am subletting my beautiful two-bedroom apartment from July 2024 to August 2025 (specific dates negotiable). It is just 2 blocks from Green Lake and one block from the restaurants and pubs of Tangletown. This apartment is the ground level of a duplex and gets a lot of natural light. It is perfect for new or visiting faculty, postdocs, or graduate students (2 people allowed). Specs: Nearly new cabinets, counter, sink, and flooring in kitchen/eating space Washer/dryer in the unit One bedroom is accessed from the living room through double doors The second bedroom is L-shaped and on the small side but very functional Gas heat LED lights Great patio in the front yard, perfect for grilling/relaxing Private parking space in front of house
