A large 1 BR apartment right across the street from the Parade Grounds of Prospect Park. Near lots of great food, bars, shops, etc. in both Prospect Lefferts Gardens and Prospect Park South, and just a few blocks from the B/Q trains. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and all other necessities within walking distance as well. It's spacious and sunny, on the third floor of an elevator building — and faces the back, so is very quiet and has trees filling all the windows. It was re-done not long before I moved in 4 years ago, so the appliances are all modern and well-functioning (including the dishwasher). There's a laundry room on the ground floor of the building. It is fully and thoughtfully furnished, with an office space, living room space, and dining room space, and a fairly fancy (and very comfortable) mattress. I have a lovingly cared for record player and stereo system and over 200 records, as well as a high-end flat screen with subscriptions to basically everything. There are powerful air conditioners in the living room and the bedroom (important during NYC summer). I would ask that you water my plants, but they are all pretty hardy so it shouldn't be too much of a stress. Oh, and take in my mail every few days. Lastly, I have a parking space in the lot underneath the building that I'm happy to also let for an additional fee.
