I was looking for an apt. in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. I looked at many different web sites run by real estate agents; they have a lot of beautiful offerings at a wide range of prices. But, of course, one winds up paying at least a month's rent to the agent. By finding someone through Sabbatical Homes I was able to save that fee. Now that I'm in the apartment, well, it is beautiful, bright, and well located. I lucked out.
