Spacious, bright 3 BDR apartment with garden at the doorsteps of Paris

We are a family of 3 and we leave for a while our spacious, bright 80m2 apartment just outside Paris. It's on the 2nd floor of a small 2-storey building. Small garden on ground floor with deckchairs and a trampoline. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed), 1 dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 separate toilet. It's a friendly neighborhood with shops, theaters and cinema nearby. We bike to work in Montparnasse every day (30mn bike ride) but we are 1mn walk to the RER line C Ivry sur Seine (Paris at 1 station), and 8mn from the metro 7 (Mairie d'Ivry). Seine and Marne banks with Guinguette in the summer are at 15 min. Many friendly families in the street , including a couple of americans.
