We are looking to rent our townhouse in Fitler Square this summer (2024). From our home you can pretty much walk to all the center city amenities, as well as the local universities. It is 10 minutes walk to the train station, 13 minutes drive to the airport, and 20 minutes walk to Penn. 1 block from the supermarket, and about 10 restaurants within four blocks. The house comes with five bikes of various sizes, and the locks. Use of our 7 seat car is negotiable. nearby. It has the obvious amenities, including AC, washer/dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, and a nice little backyard. Very reliable Gigabit internet. We are so happy in our home, love inviting friends over, and hope that it will be a great plase for you. A little more detail: Open floorplan ground floor with large table in kitchen and a corner with sofa. Dining table easily fits 10 people. The sofa area also fits about 10 people. Second floor has master bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent to it a bathroom containing washer/ dryer and shower. Japanese style bidet toilet. Also has office which doubles up as TV room or guest room. Top floor has two bedrooms, used by our three kids. Ideal is probably family size of 5, but a 6th could be accomodated by mattress in kids room or by using the office as extra bedroom.
