2 bed 2.5 bath townhome in Hillcrest

I'll be on a short sabbatical in Europe from August--January, and am looking for someone to rent my 2 bed townhome. The townhome is located in a beautiful part of lively Hillcrest : it's residential and quiet, but 12 min walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. My unit is in a row of four townhomes (neighbors on both sides). The house has three stories, with 2 bedrooms + 2 baths on the top floor, open-concept living room/kitchen + half-bath on the middle, and a laundry room and garage on the bottom. The second bedroom has a desk for office use. The complex also has two tennis courts, a pool, and hot tub. No A/C, but there are large windows and a ventilation fan to suck out the hot air.
