The home is in a great location - as long as you have access to a car. It's a ten minute drive to downtown Greenville with it's lovely tree-lined main street and restaurants. Five minutes to Publix (grocery store) and The Fresh Market. Around ten minutes to Costco, Trader Joe's, or Whole Foods. Around five minutes to Conestee Nature Preserve. Twenty minutes to Paris Mountain State Park. Walk-able to Gower Park, which has pickle ball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, a frisbee golf course, and a playground.
