Loft offers space for storing suitcases, etc. Equidistant (2 miles, 5-minute drive) from two new LINK light rail stations that will open in August 2024, making for an easy commute to the University of Washington, downtown Seattle, and beyond. For traveling healthcare professionals, multiple facilities are within a 12 minute drive, including UW Medical Center Northwest and Swedish Hospital Edmonds. We are steps away from 60-acre Hamlin Park, which has a large forest with an extensive trail system as well as playgrounds and ballfields.

Comments: Renting out our home while living abroad for six months, prefer to rent to same tenant for that whole period but will consider two 3-month stays. Move in and out dates flexible by a few days.
