A lovely two bedroom period garden flat on a quiet and desirable road in London's Queens Park. The private garden is south facing and a sun trap in the summer. The local area, Queen's Park has its own bustling high street with independent shops and restaurants, including the excellent Milk Beach and Carmel amongst many others. The weekly Sunday Farmer's market is regarded as the best in London. The property is extremely well connected, it is within ten minutes walk from two excellent parks, the beautiful Queen's park which is 12 hectares of Park and features tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, an ornamental garden, a children's playground with paddling pool, a small farm, and a café. The Larger parks of Hyde and Regent's are only a 15 minute cycle ride away. Alongside the local amenities, the well known area of Little Venice is only a ten-minute walk away, and the lovely Notting Hill High street with its array of restaurants and cafés and popular Portobello road market is only 15-20 minutes walk away. In addition, Westbourne Park tube is only a 15 minute walk away and allows access to additional lines of Circle, Hammersmith and City to get to Westfield and Kings Cross easily. There is also the option of the overground line towards Hampstead Heath and Kew Gardens from Brondesbury Park station, again around 15-20 minutes walk away. Transport links from Paddington Station, including the Elizabeth Line are only 20-25 minutes walk away or closer via tube and bus links. There are multiple bus routes into the city, and cycle routes are quiet and you are within 30-45 minutes either by bus, rail or bike to most of London. To get to Universities, Imperial College London is a walk/cycle away dependent on the campus, UCL/SOAS/the University of London/LSHTM are a 12-15 minute tube ride away.
