Available academic year, October 1, 2024 thru May or June 2025, with potential for longer lease. Not appropriate as undergraduate housing. Would consider small dog. Parking available for three cars max. Smoke-free house. Owners Brian and Sylvia live four doors away, and both work at CSU. Brian is originally from Ohio and is an environmental chemist in the Analytical Toxicology Lab. Sylvia is originally from Connecticut and is a communications and project manager with Housing & Dining Services. Both moved to Fort Collins to go to graduate school and never left! They love everything outdoors including XC and alpine skiing, hiking, backpacking, bicycling, paddle boarding, and even inline skating. When they are not recreating, they can often be found on their porch with friends and family, enjoying a glass of wine or sipping on a beer. They have two grown children - one in Bozeman, Montana and the other in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Sylvia is first generation in the United States. Her parents immigrated from Hungary to the U.S. in 1956 during the Hungarian revolution.
