These condos (12 of them) were built in the late 1990s with a 3 bedroom (or 2 bedrooms and an office), 2 bath, open kitchen, dining and living room modern layout. The condo is near (a 2 block walk) a fantastic neighborhood coffee shop, restaurant and small grocery store and near a wonderful neighborhood park with tennis courts, play areas, an ice rink in the winter, and which borders Rattlesnake creek with trails along the creek. We are a block off the local bus line which runs into downtown Missoula, to campus and many other destinations.

Comments: From the living room windows you can watch hang gliders flying off of Mount Jumbo in the summer and watch an elk herd in the winter. Just over a mile to the university and a mile and a half to the Rattlesnake Wilderness, it is a perfect location!

Comments: Three stair steps carport to front door. There's a garage, two small decks (with BBQ), yards on three sides of the condo. Yard maintenance and street snowplowing is furnished by the condo association. Cable service is installed but not provided.
