Hello, I am Brian. I own a residential house available for rent in Ravenna / Bryant area in Seattle. I have been renting it to visiting professors at the UW. They are leaving soon. I prefer renting it out to responsible renters from late August this year (2010) to June next year (2011). Or you can rent it from now thru spring till the end of June 2010. Dates are flexible, and can be negotiated.
Please let me know if you would be interested. The location of the house can be best described as within 30 minutes walking distance to the UW campus, and 10 minutes walking distance to U-Village. The place is NOT in the area of student housing area; rather it is in a very stable Bryant residential area situated up on a hill. If you are not familiar with Seattle, please map it on google or Yahoo map by using the key word "U-Village" or "Bryant Elementary School."
